Your privacy is important to Pie in the Sky Travel Pty Ltd ACN 103 480 066 atf Pie in the Sky Travel ABN 70 300 368 583 (Precinct Travel). This Privacy Policy provides information about the personal information that the Precinct Travel collect and the ways in which Precinct Travel may use, hold and disclose this personal information.
Precinct Travel may disclose your personal information to Collingwood Football Club Limited (Collingwood). Each organisation will collect and use your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
When used in this document, depending on the context, "we," "our" and "us" refers to Precinct Travel and/or Collingwood.

2. Precinct Travel Privacy Policy
Protecting personal information is fundamental to Precinct Travel’s relationship with our clients, customers and business partners. All personal information received in connection with a Precinct Travel product or service, or in the conduct of Precinct Travel’s business, is therefore treated seriously, having regard to Precinct Travel and Collingwood’s legal obligations.

Generally, Precinct Travel collect personal information directly from you via your use of or purchase of the products and services on offer, use of our website, if you apply for a position with Precinct Travel and any registration you make to participate with or receive information from, Precinct Travel and any business relationship between you and us, including via email. The personal information which Precinct Travel may collect and hold includes:

For the avoidance of doubt, by opting–out or unsubscribing yourself from a mailing list of a Precinct Travel product or service this will ensure your removal from that particular mailing list but will not guarantee your removal from other mailing lists that Precinct Travel or Collingwood may store your details in as a result of your engagement with a different service or product.

During the course of business, Precinct Travel may also collect personal information that is given to them by a third party. This information forms part of the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. Precinct Travel will not intentionally solicit personal information that is unintentionally disclosed.

Precinct Travel may provide bulletin boards, blogs, or chat rooms on websites or mobile applications. Any personal information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. Precinct Travel are not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums.

Wherever reasonably practicable, Precinct Travel will store personal information on data servers that are owned and controlled by Precinct Travel and/or Collingwood and are located within the geographical borders of Australia.
However, some of your personal information may be transferred, stored, processed, used or disclosed overseas by Precinct Travel, or Collingwood or their third party service providers. In particular, at the date this Privacy Policy was most recently updated, your personal information may be disclosed to recipients in the USA, United Kingdom, Gibraltar, and other countries from time to time.

Precinct Travel may charge an administration fee where access is provided. Precinct Travel may refuse to provide access if permitted to do so by law. Precinct Travel aims to provide access to your personal information within 30 days of a valid request.
